HorseSense – A women's Retreat
Personal Growth and Development Day: Friday, April 13, 2018

Experience the MAGIC of discovering your authentic essence through the healing spirit of a horse. Horses are perfect mirrors, hold no judgment and are profound teachers of trust and truth.

Emotions give meaning to our lives, understanding the power of your emotions is vital for having a fulfilling, healthy life. An Equine retreat is a powerful way to understand your emotions and your needs. You will learn to navigate your emotions joyfully, uncover your strengths and use this knowledge with confidence to empower and enrich your life.

Join us for this day of discovery, sharing and learning! A day of togetherness with other women and horses will energize, strengthen and enlighten you on the power of your personal essence. The retreat combines learning, growth, inspiration, fun, friendship, and more! By attending this retreat, you will gain insight into:

  • Working with High Emotions - Awareness as the foundation for reconciling emotions and cultivating presence when working with the intensity of high emotions.
  • Understanding Emotions - In the context of growth and change.
  • Learn to Increase Your Resilience - Capacity to prepare for, recover from and adapt to stress, challenges or adversity.
  • Understanding Yourself Better – What are your needs, values and how can you live your truest self.

Cost is $175 per person, which includes a light breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks and retreat materials.

You will also receive a 30-minute private coaching call with one of our Mir Institute Coaches, in the month following your retreat, to check in on your personal journey of transformation.

Equine facilitated learning involves working with equine practitioners to facilitate personal growth and development of life skills through equine interactions. This is a ground based (no riding) program. No horse experience is needed.

Retreat is held at Mir Meadows Ranch in Grass Valley, California from 9:00am to 7:00pm.
